Cold extracted extra virgin olive oil produced and bottled in Tuscany exclusively from Tuscan olives, cultivated in the protected geographical indication area “Montalbano”.
The farmers of the Cooperatives work in compliance with the production norms introduced by Tuscan PGI Specification and with the most strict rules of the Integrated Farming regulation. A few farmers of the Co-op joined the innovating Integrated Olive Growing Project, which is a practice aiming to develop enviromental care and alimentary safety reducing agricoltural chemicals and supervising every production step.
Available: filtered and unfiltered.
Filtered: it has a light green colour with golden notes. This extra virgin olive oil is obtained by a filtration process which removes suspended natural solids.
Unfiltered: it has the typical intense green colour with golden notes of an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. It preserves the real taste of a just pressed olive juice. During time natural sediment can settle at the bottom of the bottle.
